利Nossoni joined the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering as an associate professor in Spring 2018. Dr. Chang’s background and research activities are in the areas of structural engineering, 可持续性, 土木工程材料. 她收到了M。.S. 和Ph值.D. degree in civil engineering from Michigan State University (MSU), respectively. Prior to MSU, she obtained her B.S. degree in civil engineering from University of Zanjan in Iran.
